At Texas Jump N Splash, we want your event to be a success. However, we understand that life happens—weather changes, children get sick, and plans shift. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible while protecting our inventory and staff schedules.

Please read the following terms carefully. By booking a rental with us, you agree to these terms.

1. General Cancellation Policy (Non-Weather)

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation for any reason prior to the day of your event. However, strictly no monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations. Instead, we offer a “Rain Check” (Store Credit) system.

  • Rain Checks: If you cancel your event before the driver arrives, any payments made (including your deposit) will be converted into a Rain Check.

  • Validity: This Rain Check is valid for use on a future rental date for up to one (1) year from the original reservation date.

  • Transferability: Rain checks are tied to your customer account but may be transferred to a friend or family member upon your written request.

2. Weather Policy

Student safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to severe weather conditions that would deem the equipment unsafe to operate.

  • Unsafe Conditions: These include, but are not limited to: high winds (exceeding 15-20 mph), heavy rain, lightning, or hail.

  • Customer Cancellation: If you decide to cancel due to the weather forecast, you must do so before the driver arrives to receive a Rain Check.

  • Company Cancellation: If Texas Jump N Splash cancels the rental prior to delivery due to unsafe weather, you will receive a Rain Check for the full amount paid, valid for one year.

Once the equipment is delivered and set up, absolutely no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather. If rain or wind begins after setup, you must exit the unit and turn off the blower for safety, but the rental fee remains fully earned.

3. Delivery & Setup Conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the setup area is safe, accessible, and ready for the equipment before our driver arrives.

We reserve the right to refuse service (without refund) if:

  • Unsafe Terrain: The setup area has sharp rocks, gravel, ant mounds, or unstable ground.

  • Cleanliness: The setup area contains animal waste (e.g., dog poop) or debris. Our drivers will not set up in these conditions to protect our equipment and future customers.

  • Access: The path to the setup area is too narrow (less than 3-4 feet wide) or involves stairs/obstacles that were not disclosed during booking.

  • Space: There is insufficient space for the unit (including required clearance for blowers and tie-downs).

In these specific cases, if the driver arrives and cannot set up due to site conditions, the full rental fee is forfeited to cover the cost of labor and transport.

4. Equipment Usage & Issues

  • No Refunds After Setup: Once the unit is set up and the driver leaves the premises, the rental period has officially begun. No refunds or partial credits will be granted if you simply choose not to use the equipment or finish your party early.

  • Defects/Cleanliness: We take pride in our gear. In the rare event that equipment arrives dirty or damaged, you must notify the driver immediately upon setup or call our office right away. We cannot issue refunds or credits for issues reported after the event has concluded.

5. Final Acknowledgement

By entering your credit card information and securing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. You recognize that all deposits and payments are non-refundable and will only be issued as store credit (Rain Checks) in accordance with the terms above.
